i like things done only the way i do it.
i like things where i put them.
i like things in order.
everything is mine.
i dont share.
i cook too much food.
i have a closet like she has. that place to be disorganized (until i find me feet in this house thats more than one place atm)


in other news...

i went to Holmfirth Art Week to collect my stuff today!! will put up pics of what i bought, when i charge my camera... dad also took me to meltham to fill my tyres at the petrol station as i went to their house complaining my tyres were creating a noise dogs would hate me for- they were down, really really down to what they shoudl have been, which would explain the screaming and the fact ive been burning petrol!!!

my window still isnt fixed, but should be on tuesday! yay yay there is a man coming to repalce the pane :D

the boyf and i went to Flamborough yesterday, and whilst stuck in horrific traffic on the motorway, i burnt my arm. its horrific sunburn, and worse of all- i was wearing a tshirt so i have a white shoulder cap :( it was the hottest place in Yorkshire yesterday, i cant believe it!

i am currently alphabetizing my dvd collection...

Holmfirth Art Week

well, Abby and i went to a preview exhibition, and Sue, our pottery teacher told us that the rest of the fringe gallerys were open, and now ive bought a painting, a pot hare, a felt wall hanging and some little wooden wall objects. damn it thats nearly £200!!! my budget was £250 and the week hasnt officially opened yet!

and the area manager came to work and loved Kristiana's section (kids) and mine (travel, religion, philosophy and MBS- mind body and spirit) she thought they were kept at a high standard, well presented, tidy, looked after, she was please i knew my figures, that my shelf offers had done really well (some of the best in the entire store last month) and she was happy i knew my stock and customers. she also liked my honesty, i admitted i was new to using Product Group reports but found them interesting and she was happy i was prepared and passionate. so really really positive and we had a good chat about travelling and Glee...

the only low points of my day were my pounding head and the fact i didnt get any banana liqueur when i went shopping the other day as it means i cant make a bahama mama!

tomorrow i shall be going to specsavers to tell them theyre useless wankers and to get money back off them. to physio for brenden to see my back, to my farm so glyn can buy a pie and we can buy something for tea! to holmfirth to see my pottery clock which is exhibited at the local tourist information office there and to look for a sweet shop and to buy some creamed tofu and palm oil 'butter' from the health food shop

hopefully my hall will loose some of its horrid brown, untouched ikea boxes containing furntire. we NEED to finish painting my room so we can put up the shelves in there and finally get the rest of my desk put together. tho tomorrow we might just maybe manager the set of drawers for our bedroom (chorus of hallelujahs please)

mum and dad have said theyre coming over next weekend, i need dads strimmer for the garden and he wont let me put up the 2 mirrors we have. when all of this is up i think it will actually be done. we shall be finished. finally.

except for the little bit of painting left to do for the bedroom and the ensuite... and the fact i want all the bathrooms carpeting cos im sick of almost breaking my neck whenever i want to wash myself... which is at least once a day, sometimes twice...

i also sponsered my boss £5 in her race for life on sunday, only i dont know if she will know its from me cos i only put 'sarah' on and im sure she knows many. hmm. should i mention it or no? will she figure it out? we shall have to see!

ooh i got a PJ Tracy book today! yay! their 5th has FINALLY been released, its only been 2(+) years! i also bought the boft some boring book on the renaissence to do with his doctorate. *yawns* right, im off to bed now after i put my next load of washing in! york on sunday with izzy and georgi! yay!

boredom

so i dont get how this works, i have loads to do, and the time to do them in, yet. my body and mind have no will towards doing them. my rooms (bath and bed) desperately need vacuuming yet, im screwed, i cant do it, they also need dusting. my noticeboards need sorting (waaaaay overcrowded now) and my things put into my box of shit memories, my house/recipe/to buy idea box or the bin.
my collection of crap things for the house i do not yet have are taking over my room and thus i need to

a) make the conscious demand to myself to stop buying them and
b) move them to the spare room so i can get to my window!

i told myself today i would have a cooked breakfast and be out the door by one, go to the post office then be at the opticians for 2, meet joberry at 3 and then we can go and paint pottery, like i did last week with lala. theyve also not rang me so id like to know whats going on with my muffin-pot and lala's salt and pepper shakers.

i really hope i achieve all this as its 11.14am

damn!

today has been brilliant!

*i got up early.
*i went to the dentist at 9am for my teeth cleaning they feel shineysmooth now!!)
*i went to my farm shop, entertained my grandad, bought some (famous) pork pies for the bf and his work collegues, entertained grandad more, fed pigs and the like!



*i went home and showered, changed, ate a sandwich, changed again (thats 3 clothes swaps in 2 hours - fatty)
*got in my car to get lala, took lalas washing in, sent off for the boyf work, in lindley
*gave pies to the boyf, shopped in lindley, (childrens bookstore, gift shop), introduced lala to Hartleys bakers (best sandwich shop ever) where she bought a cheese and onion pasty, a sausage roll and a butterfly bun (pig i tell you again lala)
*went to the garden centre and got a colleges maternity pressie which i shall pass onto her sister this weekend!
*showed lala my prospectve house
*went to holmfirth in search of yarn. found yarn, and felt, and bedding all for lala. though i bought some, for a scarf for me and for a monster, both of which shes making me :D
*FOUND A POTTERY GLAZING PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!! and had a bloody blast!!!!!!!!!!!
you go in, pick a plain piece of er, pottery, then you sit down and paint it with a glaze, i shall add pics sometime this week but it was ace, we sat there for over an hour!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i cant wait to a)pick up my stuff, b)go again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!









*dropped lala off, went to a meeting at work on 'get selling'
*lala came to town to meet me and i drove us to leeds and we went to harvey nics and managed to eat £70+ of sushi.... which, luckily we had a 40% off voucher, came to about £20 each.... mega





*drove us home, just as i was turning right into lalas street tho, some WANKER overtook me, if id have been in my normal speed mode, it wouldnt have stood a chance and would have been stuck in a mashed Ford KA with my car thru the centre!!!
