hmm could my nightmares be turning me prematurly grey?

i think not, but you never know, recently ive been waking my mom up screaming in the night, not every night, but i do wake up with an impossibly sore throat on, not only the days she informs me, but others too. i dont remember these screaming events occuring, but i have been having nightmares, and very realistic, horrific dreams.

in other news, you may have gotten from the title already... i found a white hair, pure white, its quite amazing, see, my roots have never been this bad before. EVER. im letting the side down looking quite this bad, i was meant to go last week to see my hairdresser, but i was ill and cancelled it, and then i just couldnt see the point, ive not been my natural shade for 6 or so years, so its impossible to remember. so i was kinda inspecting my roots, to see what color i am right now (its nicer than it used to be, probs thanks to this glorious sun) and there it was, a pure white hair, mostly pink, but an inch of white! i have looked for more... none grey, but a couple more white i can see... IM ONLY 24 THIS IS UNFAIR, but im still, er, rather excited. no idea why...
